In 1936 Evangelist John R. Rice preached a revival meeting in Binghamton and he titled his sermon “Sodom, Gomorrah and Binghamton Three Of A Kind” many preachers took exception to his sermon topic, they were insulted that he would compare the great city of Binghamton to the wicked city of Sodom. Things have changed. This month in Binghamton is gay pride month and many of the Local Pastors, Church officials and denominational leaders participated in the ceremonies and events disregarding what the Bible says concerning the Sodomite lifestyle.
God has called us as Christians to reach the lost and show them their need for salvation. The only way we can do that is by separating ourselves and showing them the Love of Christ by teaching them that Jesus Christ is the Answer.
